I arrived for my 11:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and was told that my car would be finished within two hours. After those two hours passed, I called for an update and was assured that my car was next and that it would be about another hour. After another hour passed, I called again and was once again told that it would be done soon. Later, I tried calling again to check on the status of my car, but no one answered my calls. Since I couldn?t get through to anyone, I eventually decided to go back in person to see what was going on. My car was not finished until around 5:30. Because of the delay, I missed all of my classes and was late to work. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I don?t understand why my appointment was accepted days in advance if they were so backed up. What was especially frustrating was repeatedly being told that my car would be ready soon when that clearly was not the case. If you decide to bring your car here, I highly recommend making sure you have the entire day available. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere else and saving yourself the time.....

Their service is terrible; ever since the staff changed, they don't want to work and they waste their customers' time. I've already tried to make two appointments?I show up, and they say it's not the right time.
