Exceptional service at Monro Auto Service! I brought my Polestar 2 in for a full tire replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mark, the manager, went above and beyond ? super friendly, honest, and made sure everything was done right. He kept me updated during the whole process and really took care of my car like it was his own. It?s rare to find service this attentive and professional nowadays. Highly recommend Mark and the team at this Monro location. I?ll definitely be coming back!....

I scheduled an appointment to get tires installed that I purchased through Tire Rack. The answering service scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. All of the communication leading up to the appointment said 8 a.m. I thought there was a mix-up, but it was late and nothing I could do. I arrived just after 8 a.m. for the appointment and I was told no one was around for about an hour to handle the installation and that my appointment was for between 8 and 9. I walked out, called a few other places and found a different shop to do my installation. The one employee helped me load the tires in my car. The communication could be better and also if you're offering appointments between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. you should have the staff to fulfill them.....
