I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent service experience at your facility. On 03/30/2024, I brought my vehicle in for a routine tire repair, specifically to address a flat rear tire. During this visit, one of your technicians recommended a new wheel alignment, which I agreed to based on the trust I have in your expertise. However, after the service was completed and I had driven the vehicle home, I began to notice an unusual noise emanating from the front wheel the following day. Concerned, I returned to your center to discuss the issue. I explained that the noise started only after the recent alignment service. To my dismay, the response I received was dismissive, attributing the noise to unrelated vehicle issues and the age of the car. I was perplexed as to why these concerns were not communicated to me during my initial visit. When I questioned this, the technician remained silent and then informed me that I was no longer welcome to return for future services. This interaction was not only disappointing but also raised questions about the honesty and integrity of the work performed. It left me with the impression that additional problems might have been created intentionally to incur further charges. I am reaching out to seek clarification on this matter and to understand how such situations are handled within your company. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.....

Easy to schedule my appointment with a quick phone call. Went in for an inspection and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman at the front desk and the service technician were super friendly and professional. On time appointments that finish up quickly? Yes, please! I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
