We stopped in for an inspection and was very pleased with the courtesy and service that we received ! Jody who greeted us as we arrived was wonderful and deserves praise for her taking care of the service that we needed in a timely manner and her honesty! She has made us a repeat customer for many years to come ! The other personal at this center also deserve praise and I hope they are all recognized as a huge asset to the company !....

I will never be going back. I made an appointment for 730am, and chose to wait for an oil change and inspection. I arrived at 730, and was told they had no techs on staff until 8, and ?that they were sure they?d be late anyways?. Then I was told not to wait as the person who did inspections would not be there until 11. Why take reservations (and open the store) at 730, if no one shows up until 8? I was then told my car would be done ?early afternoon? and they would call me. I had not heard by 3, so I called, and was told my car was done. I went in, and the desk manager told me my car was done then proceeded to talk to technicians for 15 minutes instead of checking me out. And then, right in front of me, while I waited, there were 2 regionals managers there (I have both their names, as I read it off their badges), proceeded to talk to the manager about working with a distributor for another 5 minutes instead of checking me out. The work appears fine, but the customer service is a zero.....
