Issue was turn key car had trouble starting, eventually after 20 seconds it would start. The manager was informed that this was an intermittent issue. Sometimes it would start right up. This was explained out front The manager was informed that this was an intermittent problem. Sometimes the car would start right up without an issue and other times it would take 20 seconds. Battery tested good, alternator tested good.Manager indicated it could be spark plugs and then suggested change and coil and something else . Called me each time he wanted to raise the cost of my visit . Mentioned stater but never tested it and said he would have to order it and could be finished the next day. When my wife picked up the car to Bennett about her way to a local business when she came out to turn the car back on, the car barely started again the issue was not fixed. I called the store the next day I wanted to speak with a manager, and they never returned my call, this is about three or four days ago and I haven?t heard. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the local Chamber of Commerce to make sure they know how your business treats customers you took advantage of the situation and got your money and that?s all you cared about since then I brought my car to a local repair shop and they indicated the starter is bad and has been replaced. Somehow Monroe missed that.....
