?I had an awful experience at this shop and will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM, but they didn?t even put my car on the lift until after 1:00 PM. Once it was up, it sat there untouched for hours. ?The mechanic working on it was completely unfocused?spending time outside smoking, constantly scrolling on his phone, and attempting to work with the phone pressed to his ear. The receptionist originally promised the job would take one hour. Three hours later, they still hadn?t started, making excuses that a basic filter had to be delivered from another city. ?There is zero respect for customer time, unprofessional behavior across the board, and blatant dishonesty about wait times. Take your vehicle somewhere else.....

If you need an oil change, do yourself a favor and go to Valvoline instead. They didn't take my car until half an hour after my appointment time. Then it was another HOUR before they were done. There's absolutely zero reason it should have taken them so long for a simple oil change, and what's the point of appointments if you make people wait so long anyways? At Valvoline, I was in an out in 20 minutes flat without needing an appointment.....
